How true are your colors?
That depends on your monitor, but they’re as true a possible. Plus, with glazes, there’s always a little variation between firings. But, you should get the gist of it looking at the pictures.
Also, I can send samples and/or color chips for a small fee.
How long will I have to wait for a custom order to be completed?
Usually 3-5 weeks, depending on current production schedule, events, and current inventory. I contact all my customers and give an approximate delivery date at the time an order is placed. Orders made from in-stock inventory usually ship within 3 business days.
How do I know Bungalow Potter will not discontinue a color once I start collecting wares in that color?
We have several basic colors that will remain available, but we like to introduce new colors from time to time to keep things exciting. Our glazes are subject to the availability of natural resources, and materials necessary for each glaze.
Currently, all our glazes are meant to coordinate and relate, so color combinations are encouraged–don’t just stick to one color.
